Born in 1963 on the Traditional Territory of the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee peoples - which is present-day Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Currently lives and works on Kizh Nation-Gabrieleño Band of Mission Indian Territory - which is present-day Los Angeles. Studies at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and the Banff Centre for the Arts, 1981-1985.
